Festival of the Hunter Results
These are the final results from the Festival of the Hunter Qualifier 2009. All results given on the day were correct however owing to a general misunderstanding regarding the scoring system these results had to be kept back for verification.
A competitor's SCORE is achieved by adding their SJ jumping penalties, SJ time penalties, XC jumping penalties and XC time penalties. In the event of a tie for individual placings the result is decided by fastest time in the SJ. In the pairs classes additional penalties can be accrued at the dressing fences. (N.B. A competitor with time penalties but no jumping penalties CAN be beaten by a competitor with jumping penalties if their total penalties do not exceed the time penalties accrued by the other competitor)
