3 friends, Clare Thompson, Joy Goddard and Vicky Rutherford decided that it would
be fun to Run and Ride along Wainwrights Coast to Coast walk in the Lake District.
About 190 miles in 5 days! (35miles a day approx. 6 hours)
Vicky has it easiest riding all day, Clare is running it all and casino en ligne Joy is doing it half and half!
Clare definitely has the hardest task!
