SWDRC Event Withdrawal Policy
Any participant withdrawing from an event before close of entries will be entitled to a full refund of any entry fees.  After close of entries any participant withdrawing from an event will only be entitled to a refund of any entry fees paid upon receipt of a medical/veterinary certificate.  Withdrawals on the day for medical/veterinary reasons may be entitled to a refund of entry fees paid at the discretion of the organiser. 
 
SWDRC Event Cancellation Policy
In the event of an SWDRC event being cancelled all competitors will be entitled to a refund of entry fees (online entrants fees will be less 3% online admin fee).
